1. Media Ownership: All media captured at Lovely events, whether by our team or authorized affiliates, is the property of Lovely. We retain full rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content across all media formats, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
2. Opt-Out Requests: If you prefer not to appear in event media, you may request an opt-out before the event by emailing hello@thelovely.app. While we will attempt to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all event footage.
3. Post-Publication Removal Requests: If you appear in a published photo or video and wish to request removal, you may contact us at hello@thelovely.app. Requests will be considered at our discretion, and we may opt to blur or crop the image rather than remove it entirely.
4. User-Generated Content: If you submit or share content related to Lovely events, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our Service.
5. No Compensation: Attendees waive any right to compensation or royalties arising from the use of event media in which they may appear.

1. Program Description: Lovely SMS provides text notifications and updates about curated events, personalized recommendations, and exclusive invitations. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages related to event notifications, guided updates, and exclusive invitations. Message frequency varies.
2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After sending STOP, we will send a confirmation message. To rejoin, opt-in again via the website or text START.

4. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
